Minting : This is when an NFT is published on to the blockchain. Similar to when a new coin or note is minted into circulation. When a new multi-edition collection is released we are able to blindly mint an iteration. Like a kinder egg or a happy meal you don't know what you're going to get. You will have some idea because the artist will have shown examples. But the exact outcome you mint, that's a suprise.
Primary - Similar to minting, this is the first time an artist publishes their work on the blockchain and puts it up for sale. In this case we, as customers, already see what we're buying. That sale price is the primary.
Secondary - Having bought the NFT you may want to resell. That price you set is called the secondary.
Offers - let's say an item is not available for sale, has no set price, or is priced at an amount you want to negotiate. You can place an offer and see if the owner will accept. If they do accept you get the piece for the price you offered.\u00a0
Floor offers - you can make an offer to a whole collection. That way anyone who owns in that collection will see that offer and can accept it. Similar to minting blind, you don't known what you will get as you don't know who will accept your offer.
Auction - here we are able to bid for a piece and the highest bidder wins. <\/em>
You know how I got this piece? Through a collection offer. I wanted a piece from this collection and just hoped that someone would accept my offer.

Upon further inspection this piece takes you to another place. I see a coastline from a birds eye. A cliff. Below, the water is deep and unknown. The hairline cracks imply an aged painting, is something more sinister behind the blue trying to get out? The darker shades, like overcast clouds, covering the majority of the landscape. The brightness of light, representing all things good tries to break through. This lawless iteration is then wrapped by a border, the Thin Blue Line, that to me represents being governed by the code.<\/p>Sometimes the universe aligns and things are just meant to be. It found me. When I opened that iteration\u00a0 up I was gobsmacked. I knew it was special.
