Noticing his t-shirt I stopped him, \"you have an Ottez?\" I knew not many people had that shirt seeing as merchandise for the brand was just starting out. His wife replied he's the creator. \"Wwwombats?\" I asked him, he nodded and I turned around to show him the name on the back of my Arsenal shirt. \"Jundaboom?\" He turned to his wife saying \"I've spoken to this guy.\" I introduced him to my brother who was there with me and still to this day, I feel like that chance encounter was fate. During its inception community was already at the heart of OTTEZ. <\/p> They ran a session where the audience could suggest traits that would be submitted into the collection (I'm still disappointed that my Blockbuster video uniform idea didn't make the cut). Through hard work, turning up everyday, friendly banter, allowing for decisions to be made by the community, AMAs, meme parties, competitions, collaborations, the raft has become a meeting point for Tezos maxis and the brand is easily recognisable all over the chain.

The Raft is one of the most welcoming and endearing group of individuals you will meet. There was once a time one of the members had their wallet compromised, valuable tokens removed and sold from it. The Raft rallied together to reclaim the tokens. This to me showed me true value in community. These people didn't even know each other until they commonly owned an OTTEZ, a digital token, an image. In the world we live in to see this selflessness occur between individuals, from different parts of the world, was boom. This, I believe, has come down from the example set by their lead Wwwombats.
The raft have spread their wings across the Tezos network to share the vibes. From Music to photography, 3d to Al, all corners of Tezos knows an OTTEZ when they see one.
